About Carrie S. Johnson
Carrie Salone is a public health leader, educator, entrepreneur, and speaker whose life and career have been guided by faith, resilience, and service.
A graduate of Florida State University and one of the nine inaugural students in the Master of Public Health
program at Morehouse School of Medicine, she has spent decades advancing public health, sustainability, and community well-being.
Her professional journey has included serving at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), owning and operating a McDonald's franchise, founding Legacy
Supply Team, and mentoring future public health leaders at Morehouse School of Medicine.
Carrie is also the founder of Mothers Legacy Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in memory of her mother, Leila Johnson. The foundation is dedicated to empowering future generations through education, mentorship, leadership development, and service.

Carrie is the proud mother of two daughters and lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
